2. Service Description
Pacod.net provides a self-serve Digital Product Passport (DPP) compliance platform for EU fashion brands, including supplier workflows, compliance records, and reporting tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or upload unlawful content.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment accuracy.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your brand and product data, and Pacod processes data to provide the service.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update or improve features over time and may perform maintenance that affects availability. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacod.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements.
