Protocols, inspections and shipment decisions on one style record.

Your quality team, your inspectors and your factories work on the same record. Nobody retypes anything.

Buyer reports in Pacod, from the demo account: readiness across styles, and each style’s approval, requirements and readiness.

The brand’s day

Five steps, one record.

  1. 01

    Certify inspectors

Certification is recorded against a person, so the record shows who was qualified to run each check.

  2. 02

    Lock protocols

Set AQL levels, defect classes and measurement points, then lock them for every inspector.

  3. 03

    Schedule final and pre-shipment

You schedule final and pre-shipment inspections. A factory cannot create them.

  4. 04

    Review evidence

Every defect arrives with its photo. Each failure raises a corrective action with a clock.

  5. 05

    Accept or reject

The decision is yours alone and sits on the style, next to the evidence behind it.

What you own, and what the factory owns.

Control sits on your side of the table, in writing. The factory runs its own checks and carries out corrections. It cannot change a submitted inspection.
