Pass rate, on-time against target days and rejections by buyer, for the admin and bulk merchandiser, so analysis does not bury the live book.
Short answers
No. There is no buyer portal, and Satra does not send mail or connect to WhatsApp. The merchandiser records the dispatch and the buyer’s reply.
Receive and ready stamps wait in the browser and send when the connection is back.
Against the target days the admin sets for each sample type. There is no fixed 14-day rule.
