Frequently asked questions
Most teams complete setup in under one week and start collecting supplier data on day one.

Yes. Pacod supports export-ready structured data and downloadable compliance summaries.
Yes. The platform is designed around textile DPP phases and supports evolving required fields.
The EU ESPR regulation (2024/1781) requires Digital Product Passports for textiles and apparel from 2027. Pacod generates passports that meet the current draft data requirements, and updates automatically as the final delegated acts are published. You won't need to rebuild your workflow when the rules are finalised.
Pacod sends automated reminders and tracks which suppliers are unresponsive. You can see exactly which nodes are blocking passport completion and export a report to escalate with procurement. In the future, WhatsApp dispatch will dramatically improve response rates for suppliers in regions where email is unreliable.
No. Your workspace is completely isolated. Supplier data is scoped to your products and accessible only to your team. We never share supplier relationship data between customers. Your supply chain map is private.
We offer a REST API that enterprise customers can use to push product data from ERP/PLM systems and pull passport outputs. CSV import is available on all plans. Native connectors for SAP, Centric PLM, and Infor are on the roadmap for H2 2026.
Pacod collects the full ESPR-aligned field set: product identification, materials and fibre composition, manufacturing country and facility, certifications (GOTS, Oeko-Tex, REACH, RoHS), carbon and water metrics, hazardous substance declarations, and end-of-life instructions. The exact field set is configurable per product category.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You can add your brand logo and colour to the supplier-facing submission form so it appears as part of your own compliance portal rather than Pacod.
